Brief Introduction
We have four types of dryers, which includes fuel ovens, gas ovens, electric ovens, and high temperature inflated ovens (used to produce corn flakes).
1. The electric oven has three layers of five meters / five layers of five meters / five layers of eight meters / seven layers of eight meters / seven layers of eleven meters, etc., each layer has electric heating tubes, the purpose is to be more evenly heated, also it will be more cheaper.
Feature:
1.The dryer has the compact structure, small occupying, large drying area, small surface area, slight radiating heat and high thermal efficiency.
2.The belt and the heat preservation use the food grade stainless steel; it is suitable for food industry.
3.The running speed of belt net can be controlled (frequency)
4.The temperature can be controlled willfully and designed according to the need.
5.Material touching the food is food grade stainless steel, bracket is iron with paint.
6. Motor is Chinese famous brand, Switch board operation
7.Simple Drawer under the dryer main body can store the waste material. It keep situation clean and recycle using.
