Servo Motors KF94 Disposable Surgical Face Mask Making Machine is a one-driven-one full-automatic fish mask machine, which can produce fish mouth mask products suitable for KF94 in Korea and DS2 in Japan. The mask size can be customized and the appearance can be customized with this equipment. KF94 mask is a standard produced in South Korea. According to the data of official website of Korea Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS), the filtration rate of masks under this standard for particles with a diameter of 0.4 μm is greater than 94%. In other words, KF94 standard mask can filter out at least 94% of particles with a diameter equal to 0.4 μm

The Servo Motors KF94 Disposable Surgical Face Mask Making Machine consists of three sections, namely the material rack (2650mm x 780mm x 1350mm), the body (2110mm x 1072mm x 1600mm) and the tail end (1610mm x 1040mm x 1650mm). Among them, the combination of the material rack and the body is also called the filming machine, and the tail end is also called the ear belt filming machine.

 

Machine Features :

Servo Motors KF94 Disposable Surgical Face Mask Making Machine consists of a material rack part, a nose line fixing part, a shape welding part, a folding and forming part, a shape cutter part, a turning part, a material dividing part, a ear belt welding part and a collection part. The servo motor and ultrasonic welding technology are adopted to complete the production.

1.  Material rack part: inflatable shaft, magnetic powder brake and controller to ensure moderate material tension without wrinkling;

2.  Nose line fixing part: the cylinder is welded with ultrasonic wave to fix the nose line with required length                 specification on thematerial;

3.  Shape welding part: the mold is matched with ultrasonic wave, and the preliminary grain welding is carried out;

4.  Folding and forming part: cloth folding;

5.  Shape cutter part: custom cutter, rolling and forming, at this time the mask is initially formed;

6.  Turning part: turn over the mask to prepare for the ear beltwelding;

7.  Material dividing part: reasonable distribution and increased production capacity;

8.  Ear belt welding part: use the special rotating disc of the mask machine industry to spot weld the ear belt line  on the semi-finished mask with ultrasound, and the mask is formed at this time;

9.  Collection part: belt out and product collection;

 

Suggestions For Material Use :

The traditional KF94 mask products have four layers in total, among which the middle two layers are meltblown layers, which play a filtering role. It is suggested that the width of the cloth used for the machine is 240mm, but the conventional 260mm width cloth can also be used. The following is a material suggestion table:
