Product Description
At present, most hardware products are still welded by argon arc welding and other traditional welding methods during processing. Traditional welding has various defects and is an extensive and high-energy-consuming welding method. To meet market demand, Han's Laser launched handheld laser welding machine.
FEATURE:
·Simple & easy to learn, flexible and convenient: The machine adopts an integrated structure. There is no high requirements for welder, after short training, they can get started using the machine.
·Low machine cost and maintenance cost: Hand-held laser welding machine, no need a fine welding working-table when operate. It’s also less consumables, low running costs and maintenance costs. It’s high cost performance;
·Save welder: Welding speed is fast, 5-10 times faster than traditional welding, and one machine can save at least 2 welders a year; the welded seam after welding is smooth and beautiful, reducing the subsequent polishing process, saving time and cost;
·Good quality: The laser welding workpiece has no deformation, no welding scar, and the welding is firm and stable;
·Safety protection: It has a contact type safety protection function to avoid accidental laser emission and ensure that laser can only be welded after contact with metal. Equipped with laser protective glasses, which need to be worn when welding to ensure safety.
