Storage and maintenance of rubber scraping
1. When storing, the rubber scraper should be placed flat, not rolled.
2. After opening the whole roll of scraper, it should be placed for 24 hours to make the scraper stretch and flatten before use.
3. When storing the rubber scraper without removing the handle, the scraper should be upward, and the scraper should not touch any objects.
4. The storage temperature of the rubber scraper should be in a dry environment of 20°c-25°c, away from the ink, because the rubber scraper can absorb moisture and solvents in the air.
5. Rubber scrapers or handles with ink cannot be stored overnight.
6. Do not immerse the squeegee in the solvent for a long time. Although some squeegees can resist a variety of solvents, long-term immersion will temporarily deform the squeegee and lose its elasticity.
7. Rinse the squeegee immediately after use to avoid drying the ink before squeegee. There should be no ink left on the cleaned rubber scraper handle and scraper strip
