MF-SXM460F Semi Automatic Programmable Sewing Machine
1. Adopte whole streamlined cover design, rail type sliding door, more safe and convenient (external patent);
2. The book shelf (rocker arm) adopts aluminum-magnesium alloy die-casting process, which is light in weight and high in strength, ensuring high-speed operation (90 sheets/min);
3. The whole processing of the lifting plate (needle seat) is made of high-strength aluminum alloy powder metallurgy sleeve, integral sealing, and imported linear guides, which makes the machine more stable during operation, no need to adjust the needle position (12 sets of fine needles, stitch length) 18mm);
4. The double bead can be adjusted to the outer diameter ball (SKF) in the main cam groove, so that the machine can lock the bookcase (rocker arm) without movement during operation, and ensure the accurate alignment of the upper and lower needles (patented technology);
5. Circulating pull gauge, the transport frame is equipped with German imported slats to reduce friction and make the posts easily in place. The receiving desk automatically lifts and is equipped with a synchronous output mechanism to make the book cores output neatly after the lock.
