Spherical Vacuum Concentrator consists of 4 parts: concentrator, condenser, gas-liquid separator, and liquid barrel. It is suitable for pharmaceutical, food, evaporation, and concentration of liquid materials in chemical, light industry, and other industries. This equipment has a short concentration time and fast evaporation speed, which can keep heat-sensitive materials from being damaged.

1. The vacuum concentrator makes use of the methods of vacuum evaporation or mechanical separation to concentrate the materials. It is composed of the heater, evaporation chamber, foam remover, condenser, cooler and liquid receiver, etc. All the parts contact with materials are made of SUS304/316L.
2. The inner part of the heating chamber is column tube type. After the shell is connected with the steam, the liquid inside the column tube is heated. The chamber is also equipped with pressure gauges and safety valves to ensure production safety.
3. The front of the separation chamber is provided with a visual lens for the operator to observe the situation of liquid evaporation. The rear manhole is convenient to clean when changing the breed. It has a thermometer and a vacuum meter that can observe and master the temperature of the liquid in the evaporating chamber and the vacuum degree when evaporating with pressure.
