1, Is there a distance limit for app control?
There's no distance limit. Kwunphi will stop automatically at the end of the work.

2,Does it have to be connected to the Internet to work?
No. Kwunphi can work as usual without the Internet, but cannot send reports to the app.

3, What is the maximum Angle it can climb?
Theoretically, it can climb at a maximum angle of 60 degrees. In actual work,we suggest that dry cleaning normally climbs 35 degrees and water cleaning normally climbs 25 degrees.

4, How to repair Kwunphi when it has problems?
Through kwunphi cloud data, we can find and fix 90% of the problems. If there are damaged parts in kwunphi,you can contact your local agent for maintenance.

5, Will the solar panel be worn by frequent cleaning with kwunphi?
No. The maximum pressure of kwunphi is 2800 Pa while the pressure below 3800 Pa is safe for solar panels. You can use it safely.

6, Can kwunphi use unfiltered water for cleaning?
Its back brush will clean the remaining dust under the tracks
