Product Overview
The SPC floor use PVC and CaCO3 as raw materials.It has five layers,UV layer, transparent wear layer, decoration layer, SPC core and IXPE.
Process: The base materials are extruded by the extruder, PVC wear layer+decoration layer+ IXPE are pressed on the base material.And then surface UV, cutting line,double end tenoner, V groove painting line, IXPE laminating machine and packing.

Mixer for SPC flooring production line
Mixer is used to mixing, drying, coloring for all kinds of plastics.
The unit combines hot mixing with cold mixing process, and the hot mixing material automatically enters the cold mixing to cool it, eliminate the residual gas, and prevent caking.

SPC extrusion line
SPC extrusion line is one of the most important production process for producing SPC flooring.
The extruder converts the mixed raw materials into the SPC core layer by the double-cone screw and die, and laminating the wear-resistant layer and decor film on the core layer with emboss roller, and finally form the large board of the SPC floor.
UV coating line
UV coating line is designed for coating UV varnish on SPC floor,which can give the features of anti scratch,bacteria roof,stain resistance.
Each Coating roller controlled by individual motor
to make exact coating quantity and effect.

Multi-rip saw/cutting machine
Cutting machine is used to cut the big flooring board into several small pieces automatically.
It connect to the back of the double end tenoner machine to work continuously.
Can be matched with automatic loading machine to achieve automatic production.

Double end tenoner
This production line is mainly applicable to the continuous production of SPC flooring.
This line includes feeding rolling
table,longitudinal double end tenoner and transverse double end tenoner.

It can process all kind of click profile,such as:Unilin,Valinge,I4F,5G and so on.
V-shape groove painting line（optional)
Used for the floor V groove, use water-based paint,first paint the long side ,after drying the long side,paint the short side and drying.
The floor with paint improve waterproof properties, which is beneficial to the floor of the joining together.

IXPE/EVA laminating machine
Bond the underlayment materials(IXPE/EVA) on the backside of the flooring to improve the ability of sound insulation.
After adjusting the flooring straight system, the floors go with the conveyor and coated with glue, going through the heating oven ,laminate the underlayment tightly by rubber rollers ,then trimming.

Packing line(optional)
Can be connected with the IXPE/EVA laminating machine, used to pack the finished flooring, and stack automatically.
Dust extraction system
It is used for collecting and handling all kinds of dust from double end tenoner and multi rip saw machine.
How to choose equipment
1.whether need the V groove ?
If the SPC floor no need the V groove ,you don't need the V groove painting line after the DET line.
Depend on the local market.
2.what is your flooring click?
There are many types clicks on the market,you can send us the photos or the sample.

3.what is your target output? the final floor size/thickness ? what is the texture ?
The size and thickness of the finished flooring determine the choice of extruder and cutting machine.
