Product Introduction
This machine is mainly used for filtering the impurities from natural rubber, butyl rubber, EPDM rubber, silicon rubber, reclaimed rubber, etc. It can also be used for the extrusion molding of all kind of rubber.
Compared with the traditional filter, it has the following advantages
1. Using dual feeding device and bulk material can be fed smoothly without the need for rubber strip feeding from refining machine.
2. Using hydraulic screen changer. changing the screen quickly, easy operation, no leakage of rubber.
3. Can be assembled rubber sheet machine head, directly extruded out of rubber sheet.
4. Using special gear reducer with hard tooth surface, stable vibration and low noise.
