Fully Automatic Spout Pouch Automatic Juice Soft Drink Filling Machine
The SFZ-5 series automatic soft drink filling machine is designed for stand-up spout pouch package product.
The stand-up pouch is especially suitable for packaging soft drink,diary products, yogurt,s oymilk that require to make sterization of 121°C high temperature after filling.
The spout pouch filling machine works automatically from pouches loading, vacuum, product filling, nitrogen gas filling,pouch mouth cleaning, air blowing, cap feeding,cap screwing,detection, counting and product output.
The spout pouch filling machine can control the liquid level, no pouch no filling.It will stop and alarm automatically when there is not cap.The filling capacity can be adjusted on touch screen.It can be added cap lifter according to customers'requirement.
Advantages:
a.Vacuum, filling and nitrogen filling are processed at the same time,which ensure the filling product does not drip and keep the mouth of the bag clean.We have applied patent for our this filling structure.
b.Adopt American Parker rodless cylinder to load pouches to ensure smooth without jamming.
c.The capping head is made of permanent magnet and has a scale,the capping torque is adjustable.
d.The filling capacity can be adjusted on touch scrren.Adopt the servo driven filling, equipped with CIP cleaning system.
e.With air fairing,producing in the clean environment.
f.The filling machine equips with torque detection,no pouch no fill,defective products will be removed and count qualified product automatically.
