1）Can these lights go safely inside the pool?
The LED Strip is put in a waterproof rubber tube. ( A clear, flexible, waterproof housing). We can install the led strip around the pool.
2)）Can they be cut to length?
The LED strip can be cut, but there is a sealed waterproof case on the outside of the LED Strip. If want to cut the LED strip, you need to cut the waterproof case. If you can't seal the case after cutting, it will not be waterproof.
3）Do they stay one on solid color?
The lights have 8 modes. They can stay one on solid color, also RGB three colors can flashing at the same time.
4）Do they have adhesive already in the backing for permanent mounting?
The outside of the light strip is waterproof casing, there is no adhesive on the waterproof casing. There are Nylon cables in the kit, we can fix the LED strip at somewhere with the Nylon cable.
