Application: HBS-305 is a kind of non-ionic powder crosslinking agent, suitable for polyolefin and polypropylene fiber products, specially used for processing thermal shrinkage film and other packaging film, with good thermal stability, high temperature resistance, can improve the transparency of the film, increase the tensile strength and other advantages. It has excellent processing property and durable antistatic property in plastics.

 

This product can be directly added to the resin, or can be prepared in advance with 15-25% concentration of cross-linking masterbatch mixed with blank resin, thus the uniformity is better, the use effect is excellent.

 

General dosage: PE, PP thin film 0.3 ~ 1.0%; PE, PP sheets 0.5 ~ 3.0%. Customers can increase or decrease the dosage according to different types of products, total formula and processing conditions.

 

Packaging, storage and safety:

The product is lined with plastic bags and packed in paper bags and cartons, each bag and carton has a net weight of 25kg. This product should be stored in a cool and dry place. It should be kept away from direct sunlight and rain during storage and transportation. This product belongs to non-dangerous goods, and can be transported and kept as general chemicals. Shelf life one year.
