Packing & Delivery
Packing details:
1. each roll with one PE bag to keep it clean, 6rolls into one 5ply carton. different size tea bag Filters will have different
carton box size.
2. use the hardest outer box to protect the tea bag filters, and we always put the carton paper on the top and bottom of the
cartons to protect the tea bags filters when you open the carton by knives.
3. we aslo can use the packing belt , stretch film and wooden pallet ( pls see our photoes as below) if you need.
Shipment:
1) by courier, such as FEDEX,UPS,DHL,TNT,ETC.
it is suitable for sample shipping.
2) by sea(LCL,FCL) with long sailing time, but it is the cheapest way.
3) by air, it is suitable for urgent orders.

It depends on your actual demand. If you don't have automatic manufacturing machines, you may choose independent teabag and heat
sealed by yourselves. If you have machines ready, please make sure you have got the right size to fit your machine, like 120mm,
140mm or 160mm.
5. What are the differences between filter paper and non-woven fabrics?
Mesh and non-woven fabrics adopt the principle of filtering while filter paper use penetration. By adopting the theory of
filtering, water and essence melted together without any soggy remains on your drinkware. Penetration is different, it would
possibly release some of the particles in the water you drink.
1) Mesh is made up of polylatic acid (PLA), Nylon (PA) or PET materials.
2) Ordinary non-woven fabrics is made up of PE and PP materials.
3) Filter paper is a kind of non-woven fabrics, which is made by the combination of 70% paper pulp and 30% PE fiber.

We have several solutions for our products, including nylon(PA), polyethylene(PET) and polylatic acid(PLA). PLA is what we call
"corn fiber", food-grade materials, user-friendly, biodegradable and 100% recycled fibers.
7. Are there any licenses for your product ?
We are the first manufacturer of PA, PET and PLA materials in China. Currently we and the subject matter experts are exploring the
standards in the industry, all of our materials have been tested and compliant with regulations of Chinese Bureau of Food
Security, MSDS and related laws of the European Union. On top of that, our company has nurtured such product lines for a long time
and it almost reached the level of maturity. Now it's in a phase of scaling production.
8. What are the measurement for mesh rolls with tagging?
1. The package size of the product of 140mm is measured as 021*34*31CM and weighted as 17kg, with 36,000pcs included.
2. The package size of the product of 160mm is measured as 102*34*35CM and weighted as 18kg, with 36,000pcs included.
There are no balanced papers inside these packages. If you need these to protect the products well during long-distance
transportation, it should be extra-charged.
