After many years of studies on coffee in Brazil and abroad, Arthur Moscofian Jr. created the Santa Monica Gourmet coffee in 1985. On his travels in Europe and Brazil, he met roasters and various farms, which allowed him to discover that the best espresso coffee uses 100% Arabica beans. The Santa Monica Gourmet Coffee results from these researches had the main objective of offering people a premium coffee of unique quality.
Fazenda Santa Monica is a pioneer in the culture of Gourmet Coffee in Brazil. The coffee grown in the Machado region, in the south of Minas Gerais, is produced with the care of those who understand what they do and take care of all processes, from the birth of the fruit, through rigorous selection to roasting with exclusive machines and techniques. To ensure the integrity of the beans, we develop special packages capable of preserving coffee for longer.
