Working Principle
The liquid to be filtered flows into the filter through the inlet and it filters from the inside to the outside of the metal mesh, the impurities are intercepted on the inner surface. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the set valve or the timer reaches the set time, the controller sends s signal to drive the motor to rotate, scrape and clean, and the sewage vale is opened at the same time. The impurity particles adsorbed on the filter screen are brushed by a rotating steel wire brush or nylon brush and discharged from the sewage valve with the water flow. At the end of the cleaning cycle, the motor stops running. In the whole process, the flow of materials is not cut off, and the continuous and automatic production is realized.
