Introduction of Spray Double Component Polyurethane foam Insulation PU Foam


      Water based Flexible PU foam is an environmental protection type using water as blowing agent, with good performances of low density ( 8~10kg/m 3 ), open cell, flame retardant( B3 grade) etc.
During spray process in site, the breathing small open cell filled with air, without producing toxic gas to destroy the Ozone layer( traditional blowing agent: F-11, HCFC-141B), which is environment friendly, low-carbon new construction materials.
    This spray PU foam with performances of thermal insulation, gas resistance, damp proof insulation,water proof and sound absorption, it can give us a more quiet, more healthy and more energy saving buildings.


It applies to all kinds of thermal insulation engineering which uses the spray technology, such as cold rooms, pots, large-scale pipelines and construction metope etc.
