1,Machine overview :
Double column head and tailstock elevating and tilting two functions positioner is mainly used for long, wide-based special products welding or assembly. Both ends of the products by a special jig, fixed to the lifting worktable.Worktable can stay at a certain height of the working position by synchronous lift , so that the workpiece can be safely reversed.
The series positioner control functions in general are: up and down, tilting. Lifting up and down using double motors synchronous drive, tilting adopt single motor.Operating height of the workpiece can be set in a position relatively easy, so the use of this type of positioner can improve safety, productivity, workability.
