FB-CMF Coriolis Powdery Feeder System  is mainly used in coal feeding for kiln head and kiln tail of cement plant and measurement for mixture of fly ash in cement grinding plant.

1.The system adopts FB-DACS5000 control system,namely PLC+touch screen.


2.It is a set of system that can realize continuous feeding and weighing.


3.Reasonable structure, convenient maintenance and reliable operation.


4.Automatically measure system zero and calculate calibration factor.


5.Friendly touch screen operating interference makes the operation simple, and the control process and system statue can be displayed on-line.


6.Special parameter table is set to make the system operate in best conditions, and the centralized and local switching can be realized in screen.


7.The system has the display function of shift accumulation, daily accumulation and total accumulation.


8.Torque detection adopts customized dynamic torque sensor.


9.The system has the function of self-diagnosis and can be connected to DSC system. 


10.The system adopts integrated framework, vertically fix dynamic torque sensor, assemble precision, stable running.
