ZHONGWEI CNC hydraulic press brake, adopt Holland Delem company’s technology, electro-hydraulic

servo structure, machine with high precision. All the parts use CAD for design, ANSYS for calculate

machine strength and safety. Adopt whole welding structure, good rigidity; Anneal treatment to eliminate

stress, with ideal stability.

1. Slider Adopt hydraulic transmission, consists of slider, oil cylinder. Oil cylinder fixed on top of the

machine, work through hydraulic pressure. Has time delay of fixed pressure on the lowest stop point,

ensure precision of working pieces.

2. Back gaugeBack gauge use servo motor, ball screw and linear guide, digital display shows the

position, its minimum reading is 0.10 mm.

3.Synchronous system Electro-hydraulic servo synchronization, high precision and stability.

4. Guide railUse advanced self-lubricant material, no need to usually lubricate.
