 RJD-720 Automatic Computerized High-Speed Vacuum Forming Machine (Thermoforming machine). This machine is designed by the principle of mechanical-electrical-pneumatic integration. It adopts PLC control system, panel and AC voltage meter. This full-automatic forming equipment for thermoforming plastic sheet includes feeding, heating; forming, cooling, mold ejecting, cutting at one blow. This machine has luxury configuration and gets reliable performance and handy operation.

Application area:

It is suitable for thermoforming PS, HIPS, PVC, PET, PP, flocking sheet that can produce varieties of blister package and blister tray. For example: curatorial injection tray, oral liquid tray, mobile telephone tray, cookies tray, one-off tableware etc...

SpecificationKey Features:

1. Width of forming can be adjusted freely on customer’s request from 620 to 700mm.

2. Feeding the material by induction motor & feeding error within 4mm. Length set can be realized by programming on panel, expediently and precisely.

3.Shocking mold ejecting: 1--20 per second free adjustment, adjustable amplitude, two times molding, blown, secure products not to deform and easily mold ejecting.

4. Customers can choice combining mold (up to 18 combining specs) or fixed spec mold.

5. Machine is controlled by PLC system, with a 5.7 inches panel, handy manipulation. Second vacuuming, vacuum advancing and two mold loading features are also available.

6. Advance feeding sheet can avoid over temperature of first feed, utilizing sheet efficiently and reducing wastes.

7. Cooling the product by 8-UP automatic spray gun that can insure forming fast, eject easy.

8. Close oven, adopting solid state relay, AC voltage meter, can utilize heat efficiently; make power conservation and stable temperature possible.

9. Guide post receives hardness treatment. With composite bearing, it doesn’t need oil supply, which can reduce package contamination, keep the machine clean.

10. Mid-brake fluctuation controlled by a cylinder to avoid the asynchronism that controlled by two cylinders. It can protract the cylinder life and running smoother.

11. Adopts the removable up & lower mold device to avoid centrifugalism and insure running smooth when the mold length is shorter than standard mold.

12. Special chain orbit to reduce the noise and friction between chain and orbit. Save the feeding motor power & feed quickly.
