Product Description
Complete Fishmeal Plant as below: 1.The process flow:Cooking-Pressing-Decanting-Drying-Cooling-Grindering and Packing 2.In Fish meal Plant ,the fish passes through a electrical magnet to remove iron like fish hooks.The raw material is cooked in a steam cooker where the protein of the mass is coagulated, the fish oil is liberated.The mass from the cooker goes to twin screw press to squeeze out as much liquid as possible from the solid phase. After pressing, we get press cake and press liquor.In the complete Fish meal Plant ,the dryer is the key point,when the sludge is recovered in a decanter and then dryed in dryer after mixed with press cake. 3.The refinery system is one important part of the Fish meal Plant , the liquid after decanter is treated in a oil separator. In the high speed centrifuge, fish oil is separated. the stick water goes to evaporator.
4.The stick water is concentrated continously by the waste vapor from the dryer and cooker. 5.The press cake, sludge and stick water concentrate is mixed together and is dryed in the disc dryer.After drying process, the fish meal have to be cooled to room temperature by a cooler. Usually the fish meal shall be grindered to fine particles before packing. After grinding, the fish meal shall be transported by an air-cooling screw conveyor before it is packed in a packing tank.
Technological process
Cooking
* Cooker is used to cook the raw material and liberate the oil from the fat depots - Heating with both inner rotor and outer jackets, Thoroughly cook the material, to prevent the condensate water mixing with material and lessen the meal protein and quality. * Steam pressure above 7 Kg- Rotor is made of high quality seamless steel tube. * Using self-adjust sealing equipment to avoid leakage of cooker, keep workshop hygienic. * Equipped with famous brand cycloidal needle wheel, electromagnetic speed-adjustable motor. Changing rotation speed to satisfy the production requirement. * Rotation speed is adjustable from 1 to 15 rpm. * Heating discs are made of manganese steel. * Outer shell of jacket is made of plain steel, the inner is manganese steel-The main part of cooker is made of manganese steel-The covers and windows are made of stainless steel-Accordingto the standard of the pressure vessel, use carbon dioxide gas arc welding. * Outer layer is insulated by stainless steel-The cooker has been taken the hydraulic pressure test aftermanufacture, ensure safety usage-Steel stand for convenient installation. * Equipped with motor safety control device, safety valve, pressure gauge and thermometer-Two-layer red anti-rust paint in the base.
Pressing
*The press is used to press the liquid from material. * Double screws for good pressing effect. * According to various kinds of material, specially design proper press ratio to optimize the moisture and fat content of the press cake, and greatly improve meal quality. * The main part of press is made of manganese steel. * Disc is made of manganese steel. * The cover, windows and door, inletand outlet are made of stain less steel, filter scree n of stain less steel, the support of the filter screen of manganese steel, and reinforced board of manganese steel. * Special press ratio for special material. * Equipped with famous brand electromagnetic speed-adjustable motor. * Rotation speed is adjustable from 1 to 1 to 10rpm. * Steel stand for convenient installation. * Two-layer red anti-rust paint in the base, two-layer blue paint in the surface.
DRYING
* Drier is used to dry out the moisture from the raw material thus to make the fish meal. * The rotor is made of high quality seamless steel tube. * The heating dual discs are made of high quality manganese steel. * The outer shell of drier is made of manganese steel. * The top, the covers are made of stainless steel, windows are made of stainless steel. * Heating with double layer steam jacket, in creasing the drying effect. * Pressure type window cover handler, compact structure, convenient for open and close. * Made by carbon dioxide gas arc welding. * Steam pressure above 7Kg. * Equipped with a liquid coupling for on load start. * Famous brand rotary joint and stain less steel flexible hose. * According to the standard of the pressure vessel, all pressure vessels are manufactured with carbon dioxide gas arc welding. * The machine has taken X-ray test and hydraulic pressure test for welding lines by technical supervision office. * The double discs of drier honor national patent certificate, wear resistant. * Fast drying speed, meal humidity 6%〜10%, energy saving. * Steel stand for convenient installation. * Equipped with safety valve, pressure gauge, and thermometer. * Two layer red anti-rust paint in the base, two layer blue paint in the surface.
