Shandong Longcheng Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Liaocheng, Shandong Province. The company is a new type of aluminum processing and production enterprise. The enterprise has electrolytic workshop, casting and rolling, plate, wire rod, coil, profiled plate, coating and other processing workshops. The main production equipment of the enterprise is a 1400E four fold irreversible aluminum cold rolling mill production line with advanced level, equipped with thickness gauge produced by American DMC company; It has 4 sets of domestic advanced double roll and double drive continuous casting mills, 2 sets of 400 * 1000 * 2350 cold rolling mills, and is equipped with on-line liquid aluminum refining system; In addition, there are inclined caster production line, continuous casting and rolling rod production line, 1250 extrusion production line and wire rod production line, and one 265 * 630 * 1450mm diameter aluminum foil mill. The main products are aluminum and aluminum alloy plate (flat plate, checkered plate and embossed plate), coil, tube, rod, line, row, strip, foil and other products, as well as four 10 ton annealing furnaces.
The company's main products are aluminum and aluminum alloy plates, strips, foils, pattern plates and knurled plates with more than 10 alloy brands, such as 1 series, 3 series, 5 series, 6 series, 7 series and 8 series. All products have passed the 2000 version of IS09001 and 9002 quality system certification, and a variety of products have won the title of national high-quality products. The products are widely used in aerospace, instrument, chemical industry, construction, packaging, air conditioning, solar energy, refrigerator, washing machine, anti-corrosion and thermal insulation, automobile manufacturing and other industries.
