Manufacturing Technique
Auto die cut machine
Our old style to have paper die cut was by hand. But now, we improved to be issue die cut by computer and cut by machine. This can make all corners & angles correctly
Cutting machine for production
It is a cutting machine for production fabrics with mould. This can make sure all pcs fabric in correct same size and shape
Heat sealed machine
This is for heat seal on inner PEVA/PVC seams, which can avoid any water leakage
Auto sewing machine
This is the auto-sewing machine. We settle the stitching shape and size, it will sew itself. This can have the stitching perfectly
