Composition Structure:
The hot forging hydraulic press (free forging hydraulic press, fast die forging hydraulic press) consists of two parts: body and
hydraulic system. The body structure has upper beam, lower beam, column composition closed frame, to bear all the working load.
The working cylinder is fixed on the upper beam, and the working cylinder is equipped with a working plunger, which is connected
with the movable beam. The movable beam is guided by four columns and reciprocates between the upper and lower beams. The upper die (or anvil) is fixed on the lower surface of the movable beam, and the lower die (or anvil) is fixed on the workbench of the

Working principle:
When the high-pressure liquid enters the working cylinder, a lot of pressure will be generated on the working plunger, which will push the plunger and the movable beam downward, so that the blank will produce plastic deformation. The return cylinder is fixed on the lower beam, and the return plunger is connected with the movable beam. During the return journey, the working cylinder passes low pressure, and the high-pressure liquid enters the return journey cylinder to push the return journey plunger and movable beam upward to return to the original position and complete the working cycle.
