Dual wall, flexible polyolefin tubing with glue

 

1) Application

G2 (2:1) is a flexible, dual wall, irradiated heat-shrinkable, flame-retardant, manufactured by co-extrusion of polyolefin and hot-melt adhesive, adhesive coated with good stickness and outer is flexible, irradiated cross-linked polyolefin. The adhesive can stick the material of both sides of connecting entirely and seal the point connecting. It is widely used to seal and protect interconnections, jointsand components from fluids, moisture and corrosion and repair damaged wire insulation, etc.

Shrink ratio: 2:1.

Flexible of both outer tubing and inner adhesive.

Adhesive bonds to outer tubing and surface below to form a positive environmental seal.

Good mechnical, electrical and chemical properties.

Adhesive bonds to a wide variety of plastics, rubbers and metals.

Conform to European RoHS(2002/95/EC)environmental directive.

 

3) Operating Temperature Range

Operating temperature range: -55℃~110℃

Minimum shrink temperature: 80℃

Minimum full recovery temperature: 110℃
