Our door comes with an anti-upward function. When the door is completely closed,

the door cannot be opened from the outside, thus playing an anti-theft effect.

For the cover box:

(1)The roller shutter has cover box if use tubular motor;

(2) it also don’t have this cover box if use side motor;

(3) And it also will not have cover box if the door too wide.

favorite colors according to their preferences, but have MOQ limit.

l  Less than 18M2, suggest tubular motor, can have cover box and can install outside;

Q1: What is your MOQ?
A:  We have no minimum order quantity limit for glass garage door. But the more the quantity, the more favorable the price and the cost of wooden boxes can be saved.

Q2: Can I get a sample of aluminum roller shutter for quality check?
A: Sample is available. Freight needs to be borne by you.

Q3: What kind of payment terms would you accept?
A: We usually accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, etc. If you prefer other payments terms, please confirm with us.

Q4: How can I get the price of the door? And is the quotation for complete set door?

A: Please contact us and tell us your doorway’s accurate measurements, then our seller will make official quotation for you. our standard quotation is for complete set door, you can install it immediately once you get the package of door.

Q5: How can I place an order if it is an unusual size door?

A: Our seller will confirm the doorway’s size and confirm the installation site. Then will quote for you. If you can accept it, we will make a drawing for final confirmation.

Q6: We want to be distributor in our area. How to apply for this?

A: please send your idea to our each e-mail or contact each seller of us. We will discuss it and send certificate to you after pass it (There are sales requirements every year.).

Q7: How can I install the door, is it difficult?

A: Our door is easy to install follow our installation instruction, and will also offer online installation guide so that you can complete the installation work smoothly. Of course, we also can offer on-site installation guide service if you need.

Q8: What should I do if the door is broken?

A: We provide a one-year warranty period, during which quality problems occur, we will replace them for free. One year later, I will still provide after-sales service and help solve problems.
