(1)Introduction
SHUGUANG Radiator stripper machine is an environment-friendly equipment, used for separating copper pipes from aluminum. Radiator stripper machine suitable for air conditioner radiator(AC radiator), car radiator and water tank radiator.
(2)Component
SHUGUANG Radiator stripper machine is consisted of a frame, two motors, two speed reducers, material feeding part, material separation part, transmission part and so on.
By the working panel part:
* Top red button is stop button;
* Down red button is emergency stop button.

It is 25mm, 21mm and 19mm for the main radiator in the market. If you need other center distance, then we can customized it for you.
♦When the radiator center distance is 25mm, it can process 14 pieces copper pipe. The processing width is 360mm;
♦ When the radiator center distance is 21mm, it can process 10 pieces copper pipe. The processing width is 220mm;
♦When the radiator center distance is 19mm, it can process 9 pieces copper pipe. The processing radiator big width is 180mm.

2.Working Process

(1) Step1&Step2: Put radiator on feeding panel and then push it enter the processing area;
(2) Step3&Step4: Radiator pass by separation part and transmission part;
(3) Step5&Step6: Copper pipe and aluminum foil separate properly.
