Technical parameter
The preset no-load speed is adjustable, and the speed range is: the maximum speed is 8000 R / min, and the minimum speed is 800 R / min. the adjustment range of the preset no-load speed is consistent with the actual adjustment range of the preset no-load speed of the power system.
When the no-load speed is set to 1000 R / min, the allowable speed is set to be less than or equal to 1000 R / min.
Under the negative pressure of - 70kpa ± 10KPA, the suction capacity of suction channel should not be less than 400ml / min.
Cutting tool hardness
After heat treatment, the hardness of the tool head is 400hv0.2 ~ 650hv0.2;
Tolerance:The tool head marked as high temperature and high pressure resistance shall be able to withstand 20 times of high temperature and high pressure test, and still meet the requirements of 2.8
The corrosion resistance of stainless steel materials shall be tested according to YY / t0149-2006 medium boiling water method, and shall not be lower than grade 5.4b.
