Product Overview


The whole system consists of six axis spraying robot, robot installation truss, online induction tracking spraying system, automatic mix air spray gun, Plunger pump paint supply system, spray gun precision control system, PLC control box and installation accessories.
1. The robot is installed on Truss and sprayed downward with robot dust-proof clothing, making full use of the spraying advantages of the robot
2. The online induction tracking spraying system can match the robot spraying speed with the conveyor line speed to obtain good spraying effect
3. The automatic mix air spray gun is a spray gun with high painting rate (up to 86%) . The spray gun is always equidistant from different surfaces of the workpiece, the paint film is sprayed evenly, and the spraying effect is good
5. For different surfaces of the product, the spray gun is equipped with an accurate spray gun control system, which can remotely control the paint output, atomization pressure at each step of the spray gun, so as to save paint and improve spraying effect
5. The paint supply system of Plunger pump includes Plunger pump, pneumatic paint mixer, paint pressure stabilizing valve, oil pipe and joint, stainless steel paint bucket, etc., which can provide stable paint supply.
6. The control box can control Inductive identification system , the switch of the spray gun, the setting of the spray gun process parameters, and can also communicate with the robot.
