Function
1. Main and auxiliary screw of extruder has high precision, good molding and smooth.
2. The roller and mold head of screw adopt excellent material. Through nitrogen disposal to ensure enough intensity, hardness and processing accuracy.
3. Stainless cooling sink adopts water immrsion cooling way.
4. Traction and cutting device is adjusted speed by four rollers traction, equal speed and accurate length. The speed of traction can be controlled separate or allied. Thickness and length can be adjusted freely.
5. It is widely used for producing beverage sucker, nozzle, cottons stick, lollipop stick, ball-pen core, toy tube and other small-bore products.
