1.Are you factory or trading company?

--We are a leading manufacturer of different types of wood products.

2. How about your packing?

--Our export packages are the Standard ones that comply with the ISPM 15 ,the veneers can be protected very well as all the sides are with plywood and with Wood Pallets in the bottom.

3. Do you have some veneers with FSC Certificate ?

--Yes, we provide some wood veneer with FSC certificate.

4. What is Moisture Content of your veneers offer?

--We normally control it based on 10-12% by Drying Machine.

5. What documents are available?

--A full range documents, including products pictures and relative certificates such as FE/CO, Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation etc.

6. Before make the order, can I visit your factory?

--Of course. You are very welcome to visit our factory. Please inform us your traveling schedule in advance. We can arrange to pick you up at the hotel or the airport. 

7.Do you have your own QC team to control our quality and loading in future?

--Yes, we do have our own QC team working from raw materials checking, production online checking to loading supervising.
