5 Gallon Decapper and Waher Machine is used for pre-washing and cap removing of 5 gallon recovery plastic bottles. It is mainly used for 3 or 5 gallon bottle water filling line.
How to work？
1.put the empty bottle mouth into the cap remover,step the pedal then remove the cap.
2.put the empty bottle into the brush washing machine about 20 seconds,then get the bottle out.

Install instruction.
Before leaving factory,we already testing the machines,all the air circuit and partsare tested,you only need to connect the inlet air source pipe and the air source then it can be used.
Using this Dictionary
1.put the empty bottle mouth into the cap remover,use a little pressure to press this bottle then make it fix on the clamp.
2.use foot step the pedal,the cap will be removed by the clamp.
3.loose the pedal,the cylinder will goes up,and the clamp will also loose,the bottle can be get out by hand.
4.if the cap cannot be remove,u can step the pedal continuous.
5.put the empty bottle into the brush washing machine,then close the door,it can automatically working,after 10 seconds,you can open the door,and get out the bottle,no need to turn off the button.

How to maintain?
1.after a period of time ,the clamp will not as tension as before.so,you should use outside force to make the clamp open up.and let it recover the tension.(if necessary please get out the clamp )
2.if sometimes the cap not remove very well.most of the problem is the screw which fasten the screw stem on the cylinder become loosen.you should fasten the screw .
3.if the cylinder up and down and the clamp open and close function are correct but it’s hard to remove the cap, there are 2 reasons,first 1.maybe the neck of the bottle very small,secondly,maybe the inside of the bottle shaft abrasion too much,you should contact with us.
2.if sometimes the cap not remove very well.most of the problem is the screw which fasten the screw stem on the cylinder become loosen.you should fasten the screw .
3.if the cylinder up and down and the clamp open and close function are correct but it’s hard to remove the cap, there are 2 reasons,first 1.maybe the neck of the bottle very small,secondly,maybe the inside of the bottle shaft abrasion too much,you should contact with us.
