2: Where is your factory located? How can I visit it?
Ourfactory is located in Jiang Su, China. It is about 5 hours driving from Qingdao, 6 hours from Shanghai port ,welcome to visit us.

We carry out very strict quality control in every production process, even 100% quality examination and test before shipping.Our after-service team can provide you technical support on installation or on the problems that you encounter in the use. In India, we can provide the service on spot, and other areas by video.

For non-human causes, the whole machine is guaranteed for 14 months.
5: After an order is placed, when can you ship?
Generally about 30 days. If we have stock, we can arrange shipment within 7 days.Kindly please be noted that our production lead time depends on specific items and item quantities.

We prefer TT, 30% in advanced payment+70% paid before shipment.but also accept L/C.
