JT-SLT-900C Plotter Paper Roll Thermal Paper Cutting Machine is suitable for producing ATM Paper, Cash Register Paper, ECG Paper, POS Paper, NCR Paper, Plotter Paper, Plotter Paper, CAD Paper, SMT Non-Woven, Thin Paper etc.
1.SIEMENS PLC control system and touch screen, all the parameters are displayed on the monitor. Just setup the roll diameter, material thickness, initial tension, the machine runs automatically. | ||
2. SIEMENS inverter motor driven by YASKAWA AC drive. | ||
3. Shaftless hydraulic loading system, Max. load capacity is 3 tons. | ||
4. 20Kg/m2 electromagnetic brake for unwinding tension control. | ||
5. CNC processed & heat-treatment foothold wall panel, no deformation. | ||
6. Unwinding section equips with direction adjustable balancing roller, ensures roller itself keeping tight touch with whole web. | ||
7. Full body paint baking process, wearable & beautiful. | ||
8. Dynamic / static balancing transmission rollers. | ||
