Product description

Air cooled solution for cooling an immersion fluid cooling bath.

Provide a reliable, low energy and safe air cooled heat exchanger for the cooling of immersion cooling bath. Fluid to be cooled is BC-888 dielectric coolant.

High quality and reliable fluid cooler with redundant fans to keep the mining bath cool in a safe and consistent manner.

1. Material options
·Heavy-gauge hot-dip galvanized steel is used for unit steel panels and structural elements featuring a zinc aluminium coating.

2. Heat transfer media
·The dry cooler is constructed of staggered and seamless copper tubes (15,9 or 12,7 diameter) with aluminium, rippled and corrugated fins (0,14 or 0,17 thickness).
·2,5 mm fin spacing for optimal air turbulence
·Thick and seamless copper headers and threaded steel connections
·Pressure tested at 15 bar
·Try our options for aggressive environments: special pre-coated anti-corrosion aluminium fins or copper fins (0,2 mm thickness).

3. Air movement system
·Axial fan with exceptionally compact direct drive short integrated motor and fan guard.
·The fan features an impeller and motor and is balanced as a complete unit using dynamic single plane balancing. Balance grade is G6.3.
·Fan and motor totally maintenance free.
·Bearings seals and motor encapsulation for long service life.

Customer's request: Outdoor temp -20 to +30 driving all year, Water 10000 liters/houer In temp 80dg Out about 40c, Fan power 400volt 50Hz, Montage on the roof outdoor we have 3” pip up and down, Size inside 20 feet container

Our first solution:

Customer's first feedback: This is a plane cooler, I want v type. I want about 2 meter x 5 meter v type. I want to have as big as possible V type. I’m going to montage more hydraulic pumps now. I don’t know what I need but pleas offer 1 ho fits in 20 feet container and then I fix the rest here in Sweden. To day we have 10 m3/h, But I can have less if you want. We are cooling water and then oil from the water.

Our reply: The cooler we designed is enough to cool the 10m3/h water. Will you increase the flow rate in the future?
Of course we can change our design to a V-type cooler.

Customer: Yes we will total have 40m3 Water in the future but maybe its better to take 2pc v type for 20m3
Please offer 2pc v type for 20m3/h.

Packing and delivery

The normal package is wooden box. If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.

A:Different products' production time is different. Generally, it needs 10 to 40 working days.

A:50% TT deposit in advance, 50% TT balance before delivery.

Q4: How do you guarantee the quality of your products
A: Our products go through layers of inspection from raw materials to production to shipment. First the tube will go through a flaw detection test. The entire tube fin heat exchanger is subjected to pressure test and leak test.
