Our company offer 1% free spare parts to FCL order. There is a 12 months warranty for our export products from the date of the shipment. If warranty has run out, our customer should pay for the replacement parts.

YES, OEM is welcomed. B:30-40 days for LCL or FCL order depend on order quantity.

A:Yes, you can come to our factory by yourself or ask colleagues from your Chinese office or even ask a third party inspection company to check the quality of goods before delivery.
