Application for Flux agent :
AdTech's refining flux is white with slightly gray powdery fine particles. The main ingredients are chloride and villiaumite, together with other compounds. After appropriate heat treatment and screening, it turns to a uniform size, which is conducive for transferring in refining jar with(N2 or Ar) gas as a carrier to the bottom layer of molten aluminum. Through physical and chemical changes in the molten aluminum, numerous small bubbles are formed and fully in contact with molten aluminum, separating hydrogen and other harmful gases. At the same time, adsorbing and fusing compounds contained in the refining flux can strongly adsorb and fuse oxide and float, attaching together to the bubbles, with the rise of the bubbles and being brought to the surface of molten aluminum, so as to achieve the degassing and deslagging purpose of purification. Both environmentally friendly and economically, purifying with AdTech’s refining flux meets the requirement of high value-added & high-tech performance aviation, transportation, and another aluminum alloy precise casting production, such as computer hard drive, micron-sized aluminum foil raw material, PS baseboard for printing, canning materials, fan blades for turbojet engine, etc.

Granular flux:
AdTech is dedicated to research and development, production and marketing os granular flux for aluminum alloy casting process. It solves the problem of excessive burning loss and waste gas pollution caused by the chemical reaction of traditional flux in alloy liquid. AdTech's refining flux utilizes unique technology to enhance the traditional degassing and deslagging effect, and this technology is applied to the multi-series aluminum alloy casting.
Instruction:
Adtech's Granular flux is a kind of white with slightly gray fine particles. The main ingredients are chloride with other compounds. It turns to uniform size after heat treatment and screening. Under the action of nitrogen or argon as the carrier gas, refining flux injected into the melt for two times through powder spraying tank. Make sure the nozzle outlets as close to bottom layer od molten as possible, move the nozzle back and forth to ensure flux fully contact whith molten aluminum.Then refine the molten metal with N2 or Ar gas in turns at the bottom layer for 20 minutes. After physical-chemical processing in molten aluminum , numerous small bubbles with oxidized slag are separated and formed. The bubbles carrying hydrogen atoms slowly rise up and float out , so as to achieve the degassing and deslagging purpose of purification.
Method of application:
Firstly, remove package, pour into dusting machine, use nitrogen,or argon gas as carrier, spray evenly into molten aluminum, next refining for 20 mins by bottom sequencing with nitrogen,or argon gas.
Secondly, after physical chemic processing, formed bubbles with oxidative slagging separated from molten aluminum, floating out slowly with hydrogen atom, the whole de-slagging and degassing process is done.
Package and Conserve:
5KG/Bag, 40KG/Box,1000KG/Dozen,be way from wet and keep in ventilated and dry environment. Guarantee period 12 moths. Gather package and dispose, no burning inside stove.
