Product Application
STG 1200 series two heating zones tube furnace features round chamber with high quality spiral wire coils embedded in Mitsubishi (Japan) high quality alumina fiber insulation. Laboratory tube furnaces are ideal for heat treating, reacting studies, sintering processes, and ceramic firing.

Tube Furnace operation is controlled by Shimaden (Japan) 32-segment digital controller with temperature accuracy of +/- 1 C degree. Proper temperature control is vital to the success of your project as well. Temperatures that are too high or too low will cause problems with the process and could cost your company a significant amount of money.

Quartz glass tube with SS 304 vacuum flanges, on the flanges, there are inert gas inlet and outlet, which makes it possible for blowing or pumping vacuum gases.
