Right angle prisms are extremely versatile optical components, commonly used as individual prisms and components of optical assemblies.
Right angle prisms are optical elements having at least three polished faces inclined relative to each other at 45-90-45 degrees.
They can be used as total internal reflectors, hypotenuse face reflectors, retroreflectors and 90 degrees beam benders.
Various HR or AR coatings are available specified in the Coatings section. Custom fabrication also available: coating, cutting, edging, drilling according to your specification.
Substrate options include N-BK7, H-K9L UV Fused Silica, N-SF11, Calcium Fluoride (CaF2), Germanium (Ge), or Zinc Selenide (ZnSe).
A: To deviate the light path by 90° or 180°.
B: Used in Telescope, Periscope, Microscopy, Medical Instrument and other optical system.
