Usage

Plastic Film Slitting Machine is suitable for slitting and rewinding such various roll materials as BOPP, PET, CPP, CPE, PVC, aluminum foil laminated with film and paper, etc. And can cut edge, separate and cut material according to different requirements during production.

1.\tThis machine is a vertical and horizontal two sub-machine, un/rewind units can be in same side and different side.
2.\tMain motor equipped with inverter for speed regulation.
3.\tSeparated general control cabinet, more flexible and even easier operation.
4.\tAutomatic EPC for unwinding, photocell is suitable for tracking the edge and/or the line of material.
5.\tEquipped with air shaft for unwinding material loading, magnetic powder brake and auto tension controller.

7.\tEquipped with air trim discharge conveying system.

9.\tPressure roller for rewinding to make rewinding roll more uniform.
