DISC STACK NOZZLE SEPARATORS FOR STARCH RICE

DP445 disc separator with the upper belt transmission structure, and adopt the upper suspended supporting type for the main shaft, using nozzle discharge.

The separated material will be input into the heart of the separator, i.e. the drum. By the strong centrifugal force field, the
material (hybrid liquid) passes the separation partition consists of disk string, by taking the neutral holes in disk as the
separating surface, the liquid in higher specific gravity (heavy phase) will move outward the neutral holes along disk wall, and the heavy residue will accumulate at the residue-settling area, and the soap residue will flow toward the big centripetal pump.

The liquid in lower specific gravity (light phase) will move inward and upward along disk wall, then assemble at the small
centripetal pump. The heavy and light phase will be output separately by small and big centripetal pump, Maximum pressure must less than 0.3MPa

The separator requires little maintenance and has a long service life.

1, Large production capacity and regulation range, good separation results.

2, The diameter of drum and disk is big, it have biggish separation space and sedimentation room, the time that material stay in the drum is long, i.e. the treatment time is long, therefore it improve the separation effects and increase the processing capacity.

3, Make use of internal circulation, which can improve the separation effects and concentration of heavy phase. (Underflow thickness can highest achieve to 20Be) After the heavy phase go through nozzles, then the heavy phase discharge out from volute. While the heavy phase go through the bottom of volute, some of heavy phase go back to the heavy phase zone(in the drum) for second separation by passing the refluent pipe, by which it can improve the separation effects and concentration of heavy phase. This machine operate conveniently and stably.

4, Drum adopt upper lifting type configuration, stable operation. There is no material leakage, no pollution in vertical shaft system and easy maintenance. Easy to take out the drum.

5, Long-term continue operation, little stop, stable operation. Don't need to wash the drum and disk frequently.

6, Outer-block nozzle is easy to wash and needn't disassembly the disk. Large nozzle diameter and excessive nozzle quantity , uneasy block;

7, Using imported SKF bearing, the bearing can bear large capacity and has a long-term life-span. Adopt oil pump can supply the oil continuely and controlled by PLC automatically, so make the lubricate safety and credibility.

8, The vertical shaft is bi-support even intensity balanced framework, therefore it have great fatigue resistance and good under stress condition.

9, Great load capacity of strap. And the life-span is long. Easy to change the strap, don't need to disassembly the vertical shaft. The strap is tensioned by spring, don't need to regulate the strap after start-up, stable under stress, no skidding, which improve the life-span of strap.
