Q2: Do you provide the customized product ?

A: Yes, we can develop new mold at you need if you can provide us with the samples or drawings.

 

Q3: What is the delivery time ?

A: Generally, it will take 3-5 days for small order or the stock goods; 7 to 15 for mass production after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

 

Q4: How about the certificates ?

A: Factory has pass the ISO 9001 & ISO14001, Products has pass the UL, RoHS, REACH etc.

 

Q5: How about the sample ?

A: We can provide 5-10pcs Free samples. While the shipping fee for the sample will be paid by you (We're located in Dongguan city of China).

 

Q6: How about the payment terms ?

A: Generally we use the T/T payment in advance. If the amount is more than 3000USD, 
we can do 30% T/T deposit , 70% T/T before shipment or against the copy of B/L. Further we also can accept the L/C, Western Union , paypal payment, etc.
