Functional characteristics:
The HUATEC XXG series x-ray flaw detector produced by our company, HUATEC Group Corporation, which adopt variable-frequency and constant-frequency pulse techniques. The XXG/XXQ series controllers has novel structure, perfective performance and convenient to carry etc. characters. It based on microcomputer control system and modular structure, which makes integral machine obtain better stability and reliability. For the convenience of customers, the machine also offers the function of aging, which increase its service life. Our generator adopts gas insulation, forced air cooling and grounded anode, and has excellent properties of small volume and light weight. The products have been widelyused for nondestructive testing in spaceflight industry, welding engineering industry, shipbuilding industry, boiler pipe industry, petrochemical engineering industry, aircraft manufacturing, maintenance industry, automotive industry, defense industries, etc.

Parameter setting, working process and trouble indication will be indicated on the LED screen.
Independent aging key is designed foraging the machine conveniently.
Radiating time to cooling time is 1:1.
The controller can recognize the type of x-ray generator automatically.
The water and dust proof color panel and digital sound keyboard are introduced that exposure parameters are promptly and accurately selected.
Ensure safety using the instrument, it is installed with overvoltage, under voltage,
over current, under current and over temperature protection device.
A unique safety lock is designed that protect the operator from the damage of radiation.
Adopting the wider range of KV value, and solve the difficulty problem of short radiographic range.
Exposure delay function ------the delay time can be set less than 10 minutes to keep the operator safe from working place.
