Two ways of making it
There are two ways for you to the next step:
1.if you are a individual and you just buy it to make some balusters in your garden , yard or patio, shaking the molds by manual during the process of pouring the cement in to the molds and you need prepare a soft hammer, to tap the outside of the molds when the it get full of cement so that the air bubbles will come out.
Pour the concrete

Spinning
put the bulaster molds in the vertical centrifugal machine which can shake out the air bubbles and polish the surface of the concrete.
Demoulding
After the cure of the concrete , dismental the molds.
