Waterbased polyurethane mortar floor is a three-component polyurethane floor coating composed of synthetic resin as base material, curing agent and inorganic aggregate. Application
It is widely used in indoor and outdoor machinery, food, electronics, chemicals, medicine, tobacco, textiles, furniture, light industry, plastics, stationery, etc., as well as cement floors or terrazzo floors in manufacturing factory workshops and warehouses. It is especially suitable for use in extreme industrial environments such as food hygiene, chemical corrosion, high temperature and humidity, water immersion and slippery, low temperature freezing, heavy load and strong impact. How to use
Surface Treatment :
After the curing period of ordinary concrete is 15 days or after 7 days after the polymer-modified leveling layer, use special machinery to remove the ground mud to form the necessary rough surface, and apply it evenly to the ground by machinery or manual work. After it is fully cured, it forms on the ground. Crack-free, dust-free, strong, high-load, acid and alkali-resistant protective layer.
Construction Condition:
The indoor and ground temperature should be controlled at +15~+25℃ during construction and within one week after construction, and the relative humidity of the working environment should not exceed 70%. If the require-ments are not met, appropriate measures should be taken according to the actual situation to make adjustments.
Contruction:
1. Waterbsed epoxy floor enclose primer as the pretreated surface. Suggest to use the waterbased epoxy floor enclose primer as the firstly layer to enhance the adhesion of the paint surface to the ground.
2. After stirring the water-based polyurethane mortar material evenly, immediately apply it to the pretreated surface with a trowel to form a uniform and continuous closed coating with a thickness of about 1mm.
3. After stirring the water-based polyurethane mortar evenly according to the material instructions, immediately use a trowel to coat the surface of the dry and solid primer to make it evenly coated, with a thickness of 3mm, and the coating rate: about 6 kg/sqm.
Requirements: The finished surface should be flat, smooth and uniform in color.

Storage:
1. This product should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place, away from fire, waterproof, leak-proof, high temperature, and sunlight exposure.
2. Under the above conditions, the storage period is 12 months from the date of production, and it can continue to be used after passing the test without affecting its effect.
