TPEG is a kind of main raw material (polycarboxylate ether monomer) for producing high performance water reducing type and slump retention type polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCE), it is produced with isopentenol and ethylene epoxide as main raw materials.

CH2=C(CH3)CH2CH2O(CH2CH2O)nH, n=10~60.

Characteristics:
1.Polycarboxylate superplasticizer made from TPEG 2400 has good adaptability to cement.

5. PCE made from TPEG 2400 has high durability, which can efficiently reduce the water/cement ratio, enhance durability, reduce shrinkage and creep.
6. Polycarboxylate superplasticizer made from TPEG 2400 has such advantages as less slump loss, good concrete fluidity maintenance, obvious sustained release effect, slump retention ratio is ≧200.
