Product Introduction

This natural gas generator adopts 12V190ZL  engine, which is one sort of highly intelligent, low heat consumption, high reliability, low emission, long lifetime 12V gas engine. 12V190ZL electrical control and external mix engine owns speed 1000r/min, single unit power 700kW.

Main Requirements

Gas
The quality requirements of Natural Gas are (1m distance before inlet valve):
--dewatered by drying process, no free water, crude oil and light oil
--pressure within 100~200kPa
--temperature within -20~40℃
--low heating value ≥30 MJ/m3 ;
--total sulfur ≤200mg/m3.
Note: The standard reference condition for gas volume is 100kPa at atmospheric pressure, 20℃ of ambient temperature, 30% relative humidity.

Lubrication oil and Cooling Water
Luboil consumption ratio ≤0.3g/kW·h;
Type & Grade: Mobil Pegus 705 or 15W40CD
High and low temperature circulation of engine need soften water. Cooling water should select clean water that has slight alkaline. Corrosive compound such like chloride, sulfate or sour could not be contained. The main norms as below:
Hardness 0.7~5.3me/L
Chloridion content <150mg/L
PH value 7~8.5

Environment
The natural gas generator set can operate stable, reliable, continuously with the condition of ambient temperature -40℃~+40℃, relative humidity<90%(20℃), altitude ≤2000m.
The rated power can be output stable under the standard environment condition (atmospheric pressure: 100kPa. Ambient temperature: 25℃, relative humidity: 30%).
