1. How many workers needed for one machine?
Normal two workers,one is operator another is packer.
2. How long is the machine warranty?
Warranty period for the delivered equipment will be 12month after completion of erection but not later than 18months after shipment. In case any item proves to be defective and the damage is confirmed by seller's technicians within this period, the seller will at their choice either send engineer to repair or supply a new one for replacement free of charge on the basis of CNF delivery.
3. Will you send your engineer to our factory?
Under normal circumstances, engineers can be sent out to install machine. If there is an epidemic, they will not be dispatched.hope you understand Based on the current epidemic ,we prepared many works.Our machines have Internet of Things,we install camera on machines to help our customers to install and run machines from our factory .And there are machine manual book and videos even can call our old local customers to come to help and support our customers if our engineers cannot be dispatched.
4. What should we charge for your engineer?
The buyer should cover engineer's salary, visa cost, Round air tickets, accommodations, transportation in buyer's country, food, medical care, safety cost, and related cost happens in buyer's country. Also, the buyer should prepare enough labor, electric wire outside the control panel and tools for installation. And salary is USD 80/day, depending on how the engineer make you satisfied. The date he arrives and leaves shall be counted as paid day.
5. How many days for finishing installation after engineer come to our factory?
The seller will send 1 engineer to install, test the production line and train customer's workers at buyer's factory. It will take 12 days for the whole installation and training.
6. If your engineers understand English?
Our engineers understand a little English. All of our engineer have more than five years machine installation experience. In addition, they can use body language to communicate with customer.
7. How do we solve the machine problem after your engineer leaving?
Normally,there will be no problem after finish installing. In case you have any problem. You can contact our after sales specialist at any time.Our after-sales department with 30 engineers.Our engineers will take a solution video according your description.
8. If the sizes that I want your standard machine can not make ,can you customize the machine what I want?
Yes,you can tell us your sizes ,our technician team will have meeting and decide to make the customized machine for you
