Product DescriptionApplication&Features:
The material collection system is used to collect bulk or bagged raw materials into storage silos in various ways.
Bulk materials can be sent directly to the storage tank through the pneumatic conveying device on the tanker, and the bag materials is collected by the bag opening station.
The contact materials of the bag opening station tank’s are all stainless steel, and the inner surface polished with sealed
structure. The bag opening station has two ways as automatically opening and manual opening:
The manual bag opening station composed with protection door,vibrating sieve,magnetic frame, arch breaker,and etc..
The protection door has inside and outside layers, the outside layer is stainless steel.It can load material bags when opened,
and become sealed tank when closed.It has the soft curtain door with the inside layer,which can prevent the dust suffusing when materials discharging.
The vibrating sieve can screen out the impurities in the powder effectively such as: sewing thread,Shredded paper,large particle etc.
The magnetic frame can initially remove the iron impurities in the materials.
The arch breaker equipment composed with air cylinder and arch breaker,
it makes the materials flowing smoothly.
The automatic opening station composed with conveyor, bag opening,filter,collector,drain hole and etc.. The bags are fed enter the bag opening by conveyor,there are helical reamers in the bag opening equipment, the materials and bags are sent to the filter by rotational movement, the filter separates the materials and the bags, the materials will enter the collector,the broken bags
will be discharged from the drain hole.

Especially, the blade of cooling machine adopt the advanced spiral stirring structure,which avoid dead angle,and with the feature of quick cooling,thoroughly discharging and high efficient.

Installation, Debugging and Training
