PRODUCT CONFIGURATION
2 in 1 standard uncoiler and straightener:
Decoiler is by hydraulic expansion and tighten, safe and convenient to load and unload steel coils. Leveler , 4 worm gear of which are adjustable for best straightening effect.
Smart punching
The punch group is composed of highly sensitive sensor, powerful hydraulic press force, strong die cut by slow-speed wire and accompany lubrication route.
Roll forming part
The roller stations gap can be auto adjusted for steel strips in different thickness, precisely aligned on steady bench , safely shell shield.
Inkjet printer
The printer with a smart chip, automatically print the code on both side of steel frame ,same as detailing drawings, which should be referred to installed. This shorten precious time of both production and installation offsite or onsite.
Industrial computer
This industrial computer is installed with Lilux system, which can prevent from Microsoft virus. Its communication type is EtherCAT. The most core value is instantly step BIM file to manufacturing proceed.
